Making a Little Office Big: Some tips that I’ve found around the interwebs
1) Use some organizers that are traditionally used in other rooms. For instance a kitchen organizer from Ikea’s Asker Series (as pictured)
2) Put only a few large pieces of furniture instead of many small pieces. In this way people will have less to clutter what they are looking at and will be able to appreciate the few pieces you have chosen. (Apartment Therapy 4 Tips for Making a Small Office Big)
3) Have one eye catcher; that way your guests can focus on that piece. For instance, one wall that is wall papered with an interesting design or one large picture or frame.
4) As always, mirrors make any space look larger.Posted on April 28, 2011 via Fartsy_Artsy with 55 notes
